Case Study

The story, broken into the parts that mattered.

A lighter narrative read through the context, challenge, ownership, working style, and business effect.

Section 01

Company Overview and Product Context

Zuddl is a B2B event management platform supporting conferences, webinars, onsite experiences, and hybrid events. The public product story is centered on branded event workflows, registration, attendee experiences, and integrated execution across modern event teams.

My role sat within that event-production surface area, where product quality, reliability, and experience design had to work together under launch pressure.

Section 02

Challenge and Opportunity

The challenge was to create and mature a product experience that event teams could trust in high-stakes live environments. Event technology gets evaluated in public, under time pressure, and often by multiple stakeholder groups at once.

That created a strong need for tight backlog management, cross-functional leadership, and disciplined delivery across both product thinking and execution.

Section 03

What I Owned

I managed the end-to-end product lifecycle for Zuddl Studio and supported the broader Zuddl platform through backlog ownership, prioritisation, and coordination with delivery teams.

The role included aligning design, QA, engineering, and content stakeholders while keeping the product story cohesive enough to support launch and adoption.

Section 04

How I Worked

I led a 15-person cross-functional team and helped create clarity across multiple specialist functions that needed to ship as one. That meant continuously translating product intent into something usable by engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams.

My working style emphasized structure, communication, and strong backlog discipline so that product quality did not get lost inside a fast-moving launch environment.

Section 05

Outcomes and Product Impact

Zuddl Studio launched successfully and earned public validation as a 5-star-rated product, reaching #1 Product of the Day and #5 Product of the Week on Product Hunt.

That outcome reflected not just launch execution but the ability to bring a cross-functional team together around a cohesive product direction and delivery cadence.
